Catriona Gray raises PH flag at Pacquiao fight.
It was a remarkable moment when Catriona Gray went up to the boxing ring to raise the Philippine flag during the singing of the national anthem ahead of the Manny Pacquiao-Keith Thurman fight at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday (Manila time).
The reigning Miss Universe flew from New York to Las Vegas earlier that day to support her fellow Filipino, who would be fighting the American boxer.

On Instagram, Gray posted her photo with Pacquiao before the fight where she described the Filipino boxer as “the legend inspiring the dreams of a generation.”
The match saw Pacquiao outpointing Thurman in a split decision to become the new WBA welterweight champion.
