President Rodrigo Duterte delivered his fourth State of the Nation Address today, July 22.
Outside Batasang Pambansa, where the President delivered his SONA, protests and gatherings by both supporters and opponents of the administration were made. Meanwhile, Filipino netizens who tuned in on the President also made their presence felt online.
