Partial operations from the Cubao to Recto stations will begin at 5 a.m., instead of 6 a.m., staring Monday, Light Rail Transit Authority spokesperson Hernando Cabrera said in a statement.
Last commercial trains will depart from Cubao at 8:30 p.m., and from Recto at 9 p.m., he said.
Several stations of the LRT-2, which runs from Pasig to Manila, have been operating on a limited capacity since Tuesday after a fire razed its power transformer earlier this month.
The railway's temporary closure, which worsened traffic congestion in Metro Manila, has dented LRTA's income by P1.5 million per day, Cabrera earlier said.
