The Taguig City local government led by Mayor Lino Cayetano, together with Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) Department Head, Ms. Jeanette Clemente and HRMO employees, received a certificate of recognition for obtaining the Maturity Level 2 of the Enhanced Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) in Recruitment, Selection, and Placement; Learning and Development; Performance Management; and Rewards and Recognition.
Director II of Civil Service Commission (CSC) - Field Office DOST Philip C. Apostol conferred the award in a ceremony on the 10th floor of SM Aura Tower on Nov. 4, Monday.
Dir. Apostol congratulated the city government of Taguig for its continued efforts in meeting the city employees’ needs and assured the local government that the CSC will also continue to provide them assistance until they reach Maturity Level 4 of PRIME-HRM.
Taguig City was also recommended by CSC-NCR for the 2019 PRIME-HRM Bronze National Level Award next year for reaching the Maturity Level 2 in all four systems.
