Manila loan from DBP for Manila Zoo rehabilatation

The Manila City government on Wednesday, December 18, signed a PHP 5-billion omnibus term facility loan agreement with the Development Bank of the Philippines held at Bulwagan ng Diwang Pilipino, DBP Main Office, Makati.

The loan will be used for the rehabilitation of Ospital ng Maynila, rebuilding of Manila Zoo and construction of new health centers.

DBP President Alfredo Romulo expressed his full support to Mayor Domagoso and the city government’s initiatives.

“Mayor, continue to do what you have started. There is no limit to where you can go,” DBP President Romulo said.

Domagoso expressed his gratitude and pledged his commitment to the city of Manila.

“Ang gusto ko talaga ay labanan yung oras. Habulin yung mga nawalang panahon,” he said.

“The very least I can say is pagbubutihan namin,
ipararamdam namin sa inyo na may bagong Maynila,” the mayor added.
