A man was caught defecating in Intramuros

A man was caught in a photo allegedly defecating at Baluarte de Dilao, inside Intramuros, Manila around 11 a.m. of Sunday. Dos Alvarado, who uploaded the photo on Facebook, told the Manila Bulletin that they were having an educational tour in the area when it happened.

“Checking from our view, may napansin po kaming nakaupo, then na-alarma na kami then I snapped photos,” said Alvarado, adding that the man, who looked like a foreign national, then cleaned himself with his bare hands.
